An Ogryn that fires a Rumbler grenade (with Bomber accuracy) that bounces, beeps once (or twice on lower difficulty), then explodes similar to a barrel. Medium damage and high knockback, both of which decrease the further from the epicenter you are (15’ away = no effect). MAKE IT SO FS!
An infested melee elite, somewhere between rager and bulwark size and difficulty. Attack similar to a bulwark in big / wide / slow swipes, and instead of a shield just a ball of HP. Infested armor type so that we get more weapon viability/diversification.
I would like to see more shielded enemies, like a scab bruiser with a breakable shield and a mauler variant with shields.
A chaos sorcerer would also be neat. Not sure what I would have it do.
For weapons
Ripper Pistol: these were an interesting pistol that shot armor piercing poisoned rounds
Razor hail gun. These shoot clouds of razor wire that slice up and entangle enemies.
Melta
Inferno pistol
Auto cannon for ogryn (this seems like it would be really satisfying)
Heavy flamer for ogryn
Multi melta for ogryn
Shot Las: Las gun equivalent of a shotgun.
Loi-Pattern Burning Blade: a powersword that creates intense heat along their blade. (So basically a powersword that does less damage but lights everyone on fire)
Power Axe: because neat
Shock flail for Ogryn: big ass flail that becomes electrified as a special shock stunning enemies whacked with it.
More seriously, though - I’d like to see a Meltagun of some sort. Not really picky what sort, exactly. I more want it for the cool factor.
I keep hoping for a Heavy Bolter on Ogryn, as well. I’m aware of the “lore reasons” around it, we had a whole thread on the Steam forums. Still want to see it.
I’d like to see a proper Plasma Cannon, but no idea what class could even use it. Maybe some day if/when we have a Techpriest on the roster…
I’d like to see a big-boy Thunder Hammer for Ogryn. Or if no that, then at least some kind of two-handed melee weapon for them.
Some kind of anti-armour firearm for Ogryn would be nice. A friend of mine suggested an Autocannon, but I’m not picky. As of right now, all of their weapons are poor against armour. Oh, sure - they’ll kill Crushers if you put enough shots into the things, but they’re not GOOD against them
Hostile wildlife I think would be interesting, swarms of rats that can act as “floor is lava” but also to the enamies.
weird creatures like face eaters or somesuch that hide in the dark off beaten paths or in closets.
hostile vegetation, ripperjacks. Just things that can serve as minor or major inconviences if stumbled upon at the wrong moment. It would also make the less traveled parts of tertium dreadfully exciting.
It would also discourage players running off by themselves without a partner. Opening a hab door to find a face eater nesting in the roof.
These are also things players could lure enamies into when the posistioning is just right.
I know these exist on necromunda, but I’m sure fatshark can come up with some hostile tertium wildlife that act as booby traps.
