Is there a point? Why isnt it just converted into money, its only like 5k EXP anyway.

It should be money and materials if anything. They should add something to make leveling still part of the game.
Like in New World, they have aptitude chests after reaching max profession, which give you useful things.
Nothing is really useful in this game other than money and materials lol.
