I’m hopeful the lagged ranking stuff will be fixed quickly.
I do think in a couple of weeks everyone will settle into their appropriate skill levels. Once that happens, I’d expect groups to be (mostly) at the same rank so that a group effectively has more chances to clear the same rank. And I’d expect good groups to stick together. At least, that’s been my experience so far.
With properly-shared progression, that’ll be even more the case, I think.
This mode is dead (to me at least) as long as you can’t just quick-play into it. Forcing your crappy “party finder” that no one used before, won’t make either Havoc or the party finder more popular.
I have been finding parties without a problem.
Just hit havoc 33 with a team ,we did 30-33 in a row and failed at 34 and called it a day.
I always see parties for havoc ,11-20 ,21-25 , 26-30 are popping up now.

yes because waiting the week can be tedious, especially for the people that have already finished and would host the h40 to help other friends… but the fact it is delayed, doesn’t help.
