What does App ID error mean?

I recently clean installed Steam does this have anything to do with it?

Could you please:

  1. Navigate to: Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer 40,000 DARKTIDE\launcher
  2. Open the Launcher.exe (CONFIG File)
  3. Press CTRL + F
  4. Conduct a search for AppID
  5. Look at the value underneath - does it say 1361210?
