Weird screen tearing/screen splitting

Issue Description:
Game has a weird vertical screen split that mirrors objects and images on one side. Does not happen in menus, but is a constant issue in missions and on the Mourningstar.

Steps to Reproduce:
Simply logging in and playing the game. A constant issue.

Platform:
Steam

Could you try reinstalling your GPU drivers please?:

After a clean re-install, it is still having the same problem.

I decided to try something whacky and uninstalled the game from Steam, deleted the Steam folder, and deleted the folder in the roaming folders. Afterward I reinstalled and it seems to be working fine now.
