Already purchased cosmetics from the shop can be purchased several time, upon Shop Refresh. I don’t know if this is a design flaw or just a bug. But be careful, you can accidentally purchase the same cosmetics twice.

100% agree. The cosmetics you’ve already bought should be either gone or have a SOLD text on it.
