Already owned weapon cosmetics are still purchasable in Armoury

Issue Description:
I purchased the Fire Waste slab shield cosmetic and went on a mission. When the shop reset, the Fire Waste slab shield cosmetic was still for sale. Nothing in the UI indicated I’d already purchased it, so I could have purchased it again. I did not try that, as I didn’t want to waste the currency.
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Purchase a weapon cosmetic from the Armoury shop
2. (Optional?) Apply cosmetic
3. (Optional?) Play a mission
4. After shop reset, look for the same cosmetic.

3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs
4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names

Upload darktide_launcher.log:

1. Press the Windows key + R
2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide
4. Locate the darktide_launcher.log in this directory
5. Upload here
