Weapon speed buffs do not work on the heavy attacks for Brute-Brainer MK V Latrine shovel.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Equip Brute-Brainer MK V Latrine shovel
  2. Try a weapon speed buff (indomitable/heavy hitter just getting started)
  3. Use a heavy attack
  4. See that the attack speed doesn’t change

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them
