Special Attack for the MKVII Sapper Shovel is much slower than the MKIII. Is this Intended?

Issue Description (Required):

The new shovels both have a new special attack that folds the shovel for a powerful attack. However, the MKVII variant of these 2 new shovels has a much slower animation compared to the MKIII.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

1. Buy a MKVII and MKII Sapper Shovel.
2. Enter the Psykhanium.
3. Equip the MKVII Sapper Shovel
4. Use the special attack on a Crush or other enemy that can survive the hit.
5. Equip the MKIII Sapper shovel.
6. Attack another enemy that can survive the hit.
7. Compare the speed of the attack with the previous shovel.

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

I’ve also tried some with different stats. Even when I use a MKVII with all higher base stats than the MKIII, the animation for the special heavy is much much slower.

I’ve also noticed the angle of the strike is different as well. Still unsure if this is intended or not because there is no difference in the damage. You can see the MKIII does a little more in the video but that’s because the first target stat is higher in the 2 I was using for the demonstration.
