Bullcharge attack speed bug

Issue Description:
Ogryn’s Bullcharge only gives 25% attack speed for 5 seconds on knives.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Equip any non-knife melee.
  2. Bullcharge.
  3. Swing weapon, notice the attack speed is unmodified.

I just retested this on the same patch, 1.0.20, and the bug is still in, I can’t say if it works for the new power maul yet as it is not yet available.

I got a power maul now, it seems to effect the power maul as well sadly.

The charge also does not increase the melee swing speed of the grenade gauntlet, I’m not 100% sure if that is intentional or a bug, it feels like a bug so I thought it best to mention it too.
