Issue Description:
ANY of the Ogryn melees that has a stat that influences attack speed cannot gain the attack speed bonus from Bull Rush. Additionally, for some reason the attack speed is not applied to the Latrine Shovel either, despite not having a stat influencing attack speed (this also applies to the Grenadier Gauntlet, but that is a ranged weapon, but I am also unsure of the nature of the attack speed gained from Bull Rush).
Steps to Reproduce:
- Equip any of the weapons that has a stat influencing attack speed (Maul and Slab Shield, Bully Club, and Power Maul)
- Activate Bull Rush
- Observe before and after results
- Equip any of the weapons that does not have a stat influencing attack speed (any of the knives or the shovel)
- Repeat step 2 and 3
