Issue Description:
Fire rates as listed are misleading. The Accatran Mk Vld Recon Lasgun, famed for its high rate of fire, has a rate of fire listed at “0.06/s”. Running the numbers, that would mean the lasgun fires once every 16.6 seconds.
In other words, the rate of fire lists the inverse of the number it’s supposed to- and should read “0.06s”, “16.6 rounds per second”, or perhaps “1000 rounds per minute”.
