Issue Description:
The rate of fire listed on the headhunter autorifles is completely wrong.
For example the single fire Vraks Mk VII lists a wooping 13.33/s but you can maybe get out 5/s while using it.
The burst versions on the other hand could probably get to their rof if they were full auto, but they are not.

I really don’t know what more information you want, the listed rate of fire and the actual rate of fire is not even close on headhunter autorifles.
I’ll provide some help.
This first video shows the Vraks Mk VII Headhunter - 13.33 displayed ROF. Quite clearly not.
This next video showcases the Accatran Mk VId Recon Lasgun with a similar-ish 16.67 displayed ROF. This one actually makes sense.
Tell me with a straight face that my best attempt at maximum ROF on the Vraks Headhunter is only 20% less ROF than the Accatran.
