We need a better way to get Curios

I have over 1.2k hours on this game and i’m still missing a 21% hp curio on my ogryn. For reference I got perfect curios (17% Toughness, 3 stamina, etc) on all characters including the Arbitrator, but I can’t seem to get it on my ogryn, even when i’ve spent a lot (and I mean a lot) of melk coins on random curios, and check the shop pretty often. Can we get a way to empower the curios we have like we do with weapons? or just a better way to get what you want without having to gamble for 1200+ hours? thanks

I have 1.5k hours, it took me 80k+ for arbiter curious. 70k for scum, and i still lacking health. I still lacking one or two 17% toughness on ogryn and on many if not all classes i have no x3 21% health curious. This system is insane.

i agree it serves the purpose. you click “buy” and sometimes you get your perfect stats on the 3rd try, sometimes at the 20th (as happened to me with my ganger). it’s nevertheless moronic. this weapon randomizer and the hunt for curios are leftovers of that terrible system that frustrated us for almost 2 years. i can only assume that it was the quick solution to leave the random weapon generator in place, now that we can build and empower anything. yes, it’s way easier and quicker to level up …

While I appreciate they probably will rework curios at some point, at the point it’s been a year since Unlocked & Unloaded. Pretty sure they mentioned a curio rework around that time.

I had been hoping they would release a stopgap update to empower curios similarly to weapons, or enable them to be shared across classes. Anything to mitigate the frustration of getting new curios. That hope dried up with the radio silence on the curio update.

Now that they have discovered the print money button in the form of class DLC, there’s also a lot more exposure to the crappy curio procurement system. Hope they are incentivised to do something about it, finally.

Theirs little to no difference between a 20hp curio and a 21 it makes zero difference whatsoever. Also its not difficult to find curios between shop changes and melks every day. Its easier than it has ever been to find curios.

Well Melk’s shop is due to a rework since the Unlocked and Loaded update dropped, might as well make him a curio vendor.
