Vox chatter should not drown out audio cues

I do not understand why everything (including specialist/disabler audio cues) gets so quiet whenever there is a vox message. This is not the case when the player characters talk with each other.

Vox messages should not “override” audio cues. In fact these messages can be a serious threat if they come up during a hostile encounter.

I know there is a mod that removes chatter but it does not work consistently on all missions and I actually like the vox messages - it is just that the important stuff should not become too quiet.
