Volley Crossbow always draws "down sight"; fires single shot unless hitting RMB

Issue Summary:
Volley Crossbow is drawn looking down sight but you move like you aren’t and it only fires one shot unless you hit RMB. Hitting RMB again also fixes it.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Draw Volley Crossbow

Reproduction Rate (Choose One):
Constant (100%)
