Volley crossbow auto zoom

Issue Summary:
I have a lasting problem with Volley crossbow that started with the new DLC. Every time I switch to it the weapon automatically zooms but when I fire it zooms out and shoots only one bolt and then zooms again. It makes sigle bolt shots way slower and to solve it I always have to press zoom button right after switching to Volley to solve it. I am playing on PC.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Switch to Volley Crossbow and it auto zooms. (At least for me)
