Unless there I missed a patch where Vicious Slice was changed, it now states it gives Impact instead of damage.
Testing in the Meat Grinder shows that it doesn’t increase damage. Either the buff duration is too short (the buff icon appears for a split second around 0:04 then disappears) or it’s giving the wrong stat.
It was always impact in the code just the description was wrong. The description is now accurate that’s all that’s happened.
It’s suppose to be (or was changed to) damage in Patch#4.
All the way back in patch 4? Yikes. To my knowledge from talking to people who look at the game code it’s been stagger this entire time.
boy, looking at that weaksauce damage it really ought to be a damage buff instead of stagger. Yikes
