Veteran Sharpshooter - Feat "Counterfire"

Issue Description:

The feat “Counterfire” should tag ALL shooters as priority targets.
I dont know the exact names of the mobs, but the desert shooters are tagged and the counterpart (normal shooters) are not tagged.

Steps to Reproduce:
Skill the feat counterfire on lvl 30 as sharpshooter

1. Skill the feat counterfire on lvl 30 as Veteran - Sharpshooter
2. Navigate to any mission or testing area
3. activate your ultimate ability
4. look

Scab shooters without the gas mask not being highlighted by Veteran's Counterfire is "not-a-bug"
