Veteran grenades and Psyker Brainpop don't scale?

The title says it all - looks like the Psyker’s brainpop, and the veteran’s grenades, don’t scale damage with the player’s “hidden” power level (assuming that is in place similar to Vermintide?). Is that really the case or am I missing something?

This means that the Psyker is going to need two to three brain pops just to kill a dog on difficulty 5 - whereas most other players will kill it much faster with their weapons. Not really the classes I’m planning on maining, so not an issue for me, but kinda feels bad for them.

BB not scaling really harms the class and makes it substantially weaker as difficulty increases. The force staffs remain useful, so it’s not like Psyker is worthless on high difficulties, but having to use multiple BBs to take out specials or elites makes BB completely pointless. The number of BBs required to kill a given elite should remain constant across all difficulties.
