This is probably caused by ‘Character Cosmetics View Improved’

I have to add, it doesn’t only happen with mods.

I deleted all of my loadouts, made them a new, then it took multiple times to “Save” a loadout.

For reference, earlier today I played a havoc game without any mods and made a build, but after coming the evening, it was not saved !
