Issue Description (Required):
On Xbox, reset all my talents for my veteran, and now none of my classes and characters talents can be changed. I can reset them but then I can’t select any new talents
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Have a character with multiple loadouts, reset the talents for all of them. (I assume this is what caused it because after I did this I immediately couldn’t use my talent points)
