All characters except one have had their talents reset for all builds for those classes. The only character not affected by this was the last character I played as.
Pretty sure this is just because they changed the talent trees and zealot just had the stat numbers changed so it wasn’t needed to reset that one, but they changed or removed/added talents on the other 3 classes which is why they got reset.

This is not a bug, this happens whenever the talent tree layout is changed.
I was expecting the skill trees to be reset, but I was planning to make some screenshots of my builds before the patch was released. In that sense, releasing the patch a day early was not a pleasant surprise.
