Yeah that’s not acceptable. You guys have the data on the backend so you should restore those builds that we took the time to create since it’s your bug causing the issue. At the minimum there should be compensation for affected players.
I would gladly submit a helpdesk ticket to get my builds restored. I had multiple builds on each character class and having to re-do them when there was no talent tree rework is more than maddening and frankly kills my motivation to play the game.
I’m not affected so I personally am not upset or demanding compensation or anything, but I just wanted to point out that in almost any other live service game where such outages/mistakes happen and inconvenience players, they usually make it up to them with free things, such as a bit of premium currency or something.
