Yeah, this mostly worries me. Versus doesn’t interest me at all and you have real problems that need fixing. I have also never seen a game that manages to balance PvE and PvP successfully.
Add friendly fire to Darktide. that’s Versus enough for me.

Read the FAQ, clever me. I notice the word “currently” was used when discussing playing specials, so now I wonder if the idea is to maybe add bosses later. I get the sense they assume being a trash Clanrat might not be the best use of ones time in these map segments.
Alas. my dreams of being a Clanrat within the wave, trying to be sneaky, are dashed.
