Another user, same problem.
Running the exe did not help, running in debug mode did not help, changing settings, “workers” and updateing drivers also… did not help.

It works now. I installed the “C++ Redistributable-Update” but for windows x86.
I don’t have x86 my windows is x64, so that was the problem, I kinda had to download and install the wrong thing!
