Makes me think they are working on Excise Vault, as there is/was that crazy vacuum capsule penance that seems to be nearly impossible even when having a good team to accomplish it. I am going to keep my eyes peeled to see if it still shows up, yet I think there is something they are working on to improve the map. Purely a speculation on my behalf, it just seems like the maps that don’t show up as much may be getting some reworks

Im like 90% sure they just forgot to re-add it back to the map rotation, they removed it and a few other maps from the rotation before the last big update and ever since it hasnt returned, they did return the other maps though which is why i think they just skipped over it
