Issue Description:
Blown to the bottom of the map in the final sector of a distruption mission, I think in the Refinery.
A barrell exploded, blew me over the railing, I fell all the way to the bottom of the map, I did not die, there was no way back up, no way to kill myself, seemingly no way for my team mates to progress the mission while I was still alive. Had to quit the game - no idea if that allowed a bot to spawn for them to complete the mission.
Steps to Reproduce:
Other members of the party also fell to the bottom on a separate occasion, but they were downed, eventually bled out and needed to be rescued. I was playing as the Preacher, and presumably the ‘Until Death’ perk prevented me dying.
