Unable to queue for Havoc

Issue Type (Required):

Other

Issue Description (Required):

I am unable to start any new havoc runs. I am consistently presented with the red box stating that someone is ineligible. Through trial/error we found out that my account was the problem. The game thinks I have an active Havoc round. This began after one of my runs last night, and has persisted for almost 24 hours.

Looking for some customer support to check my account and clear the Havoc lockout.

Reproduction Rate (Required):

Constant (100%)

Platform (Required):

PC - Steam

Player ID (Optional):

Hello! Usually, you can work around this error by pressing ‘[R] Cancel Ongoing Deployment’ and starting over.

And downgrade from 40? No freaking way, what else ya got?

it will not demote you

Edit: Demote and “Cancel ongoing deployment” aren’t the same thing. Double check the UI before doing anything though.

100% false. Don’t listen to this madman.

Dev Note: The only way a 40 player will be susceptible to charge loss is thus by manually using the demote button, rank decay, or during a Campaign reset. We want players to be able to experiment with things without the fear of punishment.

cancel ongoing deployment will not demote you, hitting the demote button will.

Thanks for clarifying @DornIvanotic (I’ve edited my response accordingly), and appreciate confirmation @Vror.

yes the red warning message that appears when you cancel that ongoing deployment is completely false, you don’t loose your deployment even if you are 39 -, happened me many times during my climb
