Unable to purchase arbites add on through Xbox Console Store

Hi, love your game but every time I try to purchase Arbites (deluxe or just the class).
As I select the bundle it says ‘something went wrong. Reload this page’
At the bottom right hand corner is a code:
‘CV:yV9rk3etX4nosBCvJ1Eqgr.556’ no quotations.
This is all through the Xbox Store page for the Xbox series s/x store page. My game has been reinstalled and is up to date.
I have been unable to purchase arbites since launch and I would love to give you money for a clanky dog. Thank you

This is strange! Though, I’d recommend reaching out to Xbox Support who handle everything on this end, as they’ll be best equipped to help out. :slight_smile:

Thank you. I will. And hopefully they will resolve this. Glad I’m able to let you all know about this issue and that it may be affecting some users on the xbox platform.

I know when I finally get my clanky dog they’ll be the goodest boy.
