its exactly as i said in the title, i need to use psykenetics wrath and if i don’t then i can’t get the penance/steam-achevement

Psykinetic’s wrath is not venting shriek, it won’t work until you remove your talent points.
I’d actually been wondering about this, since they don’t fall down anymore.
I had to go to extreme effect to for this penance when they did, because they had already nerfed it. Was epic difficult even then, and now it’s not even a medium stagger.
I put a video of venting shriek’s (lack) of any significant push over here, if it’s helpful. Note the first push in the video is NOT pskyer, but vet.
I think this is incorrect, since I got it recently (~2 weeks ago) using exactly Venting Shriek - I was using Psykinetic’s Wrath instead of Venting Shriek until a teammate using Venting Shriek got the achievement by accident, then specced back into Venting Shriek and got it myself as well.
The penance IS hard to get, though, due to circumstances that have to occur in order to get it.
The penance does not mention any specific way of knocking enemies off a ledge, and used to work by pushing enemies off a ledge IN ANY WAY.
The penance now requiring you to push the enemies with your ult (without mentioning it) and only working with the default variant, does not sound very plausible.
I earned a Penance which states that you can only get it with Executioner’s Stance by simply spamming my Plasma Gun, and I had Voice of Command as my ult 
There is no requirement for the use of a specific ability. As example Psykinetic’s Wrath, Venting Shreik or a push work. As long as you get all the kills within 2 seconds.
Any information that can help in finding a possible reproduction of the bug is appreciated.
