Toughness bleedwork needs to go

Yes another one of these, Stink needs to be made.

It’s not fun to be told that it protects your HP until depleted, and then still take damage.
It’s not fun to come back from death as a Zealot, which most likely happens when manure goes down, and then be bonked from behind to quickly go back down with full toughness.
It’s not fun when Toughness might already pretty much not exist at heresy+
It’s not fun when as a Veteran i get tankier than the supposed tank classes due to how bleedthrough damage scaling works.

Why not just remove bleedthrough and instead make certain enemies do more damage to your toughness, or even better, have a system that makes your life get corrupted as you get hit?.. What, something like that is already in, and could be perfectly tuned to be a decent alternative that might lead to you not being able to get downed as you have full toughness, and still have penances be difficult enough that involve not getting health damage?

Like honestly, our dodges are worse, our blocking is worse aside from Ogryns shield, you have enemies spawn in blindspots with barely any audible clues to that and still think it’s necessary to have damage chip through a safety net?
I understand the system probably came from the idea of being able to deal better with ranged attacks, but then you designed a class all about low health risk management and didn’t think this might make it frustrating?
