Basically the best argument for why it would be fine to add sororitas or death cults ect without “power creep” lore only seems to matter when its convenient for people. Zzzzz
there are 1000 space marines in a chapter. even a single company, 100 guys, is supposed to be able to influence whole planetary campaigns. nah, tabletop performance isnt lore accurate.
Basilisks are cited as being an awe-inspiring piece of artillery with the incredible, almost unmatchable range of… 720 meters.
A Titan, an irreplaceable god-machine that can level a city with it’s feet alone, got 'is ass beat by cavemen riding a dinosaur.
Space Marines, even with all their weird glands and armor still only survive being shot 1/3 of the time more than a guy with flak armor.
These are all canon.
Thanks for stating the obvious, I guess?
Of course a few las shots would do devastating damage to any normal human. What do you suggest, we remove them from the game?
It’s the other way around tho.
The table top performance is correct, the lore is not. The lore is made next to the tabletop so sweaty nerds buy more from Games Workshop.
Those were a lot of words considering how little was said.
Which post?
Yup. Rules for thee not for me.
The original post.
This is so laughably wrong.
Oh yeah? Then why is the Imperium of Man losing so hard in the lore of 40k?
