Haven’t had a chance to play yet, but this update looks incredible. New content looks good, but I’m actually more hyped about the balance changes. Tons of welcome adjustments there. Nice work!

I am playing with a controller and the new assignment of stims to the grenade buttons is causing them to respond incorrectly.

I cannot switch to grenades without getting stims. Even after getting stims, once I throw a grenade, I can’t take it out again. Friends were no longer able to pin the enemy.

Please make it possible to assign stims to another available button, or make it possible to switch normally even if you don’t get stims.

I play on Xbox.

Only in Lights Out missions.

So, as said in the dev note underneath it they can still appear on these difficulties in Lights Out, but apart from that there won’t be Daemonhosts on Sedition or Uprising

Does this also apply to, or can it be added to Obscurus and Deimos Force Swords? They have the same mechanic and would benefit from the same change, especially with the squishier nature of Psyker, also just give back the dodges.

This says it increased the Charge up time, does that mean it takes even longer for Brain Burst or is this an increase in Charge Rate and a decrease in charge time?

Changes to fire are nice, especially if people invest heavily into toughness.

Overall I think the changes are good. Can’t complain too much about hand cannon nerf. Makes more sense to bring kraks again.

It would be nice if charged plasma gun shots consumed ammo at the same rate uncharged ones did, or even less to justify the extra time and heat.

Cancelling sawing with chain weapons is nice
 so what about cancelling with force swords? :smiley:

Personally, not any change fancies me, but that’s subjective stuff, I think objectively this is a pretty decent update, will in a few hours check the twin boss, and the new bottom tree of Vet looks pretty good. Also, the revolver looked fun just for the meme.

But goddamn Fatshark, when are you going to fix the damn Recon guns? They’ve been absolute trash tier since release date, and only has eaten a big fat crit string nerf a few updates ago. At this rate just delete the guns, because I feel like no one in the dev team wants to balance them.

Each time a new weapon is sold on market, you will get that.

You have to wait that the new update integrates new weapons.

too bad the gambling and locks are still there tho, not looking forward to getting the new weapons whatso ever because of it (Not asking much just change the number of item modifications to 4 on your backend for orange tier loot, that’s all I want for christmas)

btw are we gonna have more patches/hotfixes this month or are we gonna be subjected to months of no fixes (because let’s be real stuff’s gonna break) @FatsharkCatfish

and we already use block cancel on most weapon which make more sense than dodge cancel for the chain weapon

i personally would get ride of some duplicate talent(we have 3 frag/blitz regen/3 frag/blitz modifier and 4 rending/britleness talent) instead of just squeezing everything but its still a good change, now the vet tree is officially the best one by far

so what is fatshark stance about rending blessing working on dot (ex: uncanny strike on soulblaze)(brittleness make sense but not rending from a weapon working on dot not from that same weapon)

from what i see in the spykanium it still do the same dmg than before, which is 29 flak 41unarmoured 33 infested 39 maniac 65 unyielding, so nothing between 150/500

so why did you buff it ? it was already a strong weapon before patch 13, people where just sleeping on it du to boltor meta at that time. i wonder on what you base your balence change, on popularity/most used metrics ? it might explain all the revolver buff


realy nice change for all or nothing build, many push attack (mostly the stab one) need a little more love like this so all or nothing would get more value, even through it need some change (a small buff a full stamina ex: 10% dmg at 100% stamina up to 40% under 20%stamina or a duration like desperation talent on zealot tree, or just make a bonus to push up attacks)

hand cannon over perform mostly due to the revoler being the faster boltor (aka anti armored unit) so yes you wan’t more dmg penetration (and the other non crit blessing need rework) so the blessing don’t really have competition

the problem was not rager sound, but most elite/specialist sound since (not exactly sure)patch 14, we can get a horde coming from our back with mauler, rager, crusher etc and not making sounding until they start they attack ex: mauler overhead attack, poxhounds/traper not making they spawning sound, etc

i believe this nerf has been done for krouk spam on boss but it should been a nerf to krouk instead of all explosive dmg, since it nerf a huge niche of the rumble and other explosive weapon/blitz,
so it would be better to revert it and just nerf krouk frag or buff the rumble explosion dmg againt the monstrosity

during patch 14(maybe the during the fix) the crucix thunder hammer (and maybe the ironhelm too) have been sneaky nerf again crusher, before you could 100% of the time one shot crusher with activated heavy attack with thrust 4, now you can’t, could we get the changed value ?

i’m ok with nerf on the thunder hammer (more about this dumb monstrosity dmg), but it still deserve a buff for this clunkynes to compensate like the chain weapon (nerf boss dmg by the same time so the weapon finally gonna be balance)

vet still gonna one shot damnation crusher and other class still don’t gonna one shot damnation crusher even more, not noice
