The Traitor Curse Part 1 Anniversary Update

I am a Psyker main. I feel like the surge staff was valid to be empowered by Empowered Psionics. It makes sense for the only character that can wield a staff that connects said staff to their talent tree and be able to weave that into a play style. They have a lot going for them as add control but when being the last survivor of the team and have Specials, Elites, and a Monstrosities to deal with, they need that up to their power to be able to have a chance to rescue their team mates.

Now I had to change my tactics and play style a few times since this game came out and its becoming a bummer to me. So far there has been consistency with these patches and the surge staff. I feel if you gave it a increase in damage for its secondary ability, at the cost of increased peril, I feel like that would be a fair patch, cause those staffs were life savers. I feel like Harry Potter when he first held a wand and didn’t know how to use it, just waving it around and saying gibberish!

Everything that Badwin does is rude and condescending. I’m sorry that you had to deal with them.

I recently had a more amicable exchange with him though on something that we have varied opinions on, so maybe it’s just down to different writing styles.

It can make sense on a lore sense, but it cause problems on gameplay/balance, as it was the only weapon to do so.

And it’s not needed for every weapons

I ended up doing this and for the other penance with the grenade box. You’d think they’d have more foresight to fix the penances when they rework everything, but at least it’s still possible.
