Christmas = Candlemas
New Year’s Day = Emperor’s Day
Good Friday = Sanguinala
Easter = Feast of the Emperor’s Ascension
At least that’s how it has been for the longest time.
I think a BL author goofed up at one point (say it isn’t so!) and conflated Emperor’s Day and the Feast of Ascension as both being different names for New Year’s and then moved Sanguinala (a day of mourning in remembrance of Sanguinius’ sacrifice), which is supposed to be a few days ahead of the Ascension Feast, to a few days ahead of New Years which has it on Christmas, more or less. Whoops.
The Feast of the Emperor’s Ascension is the holiest day in the mainstream Ministorum calendar and is as close to a ubiquitous holiday as the Imperium has but Sanguinala is, by comparison, a fairly minor holiday that is only observed in some places. Typically only those with some sort of tie to the Blood Angels, presently or historically.

It should be noted that the Mourningstar is currently pimped out. Sadly not for St Messelina’s Severance Day, but in honor of Sister Hestia’s induction to the warband and the Path to Redemption update every available surace has been coated in purity seals.
It’s a shame we couldn’t get some skulls out of the ship’s ossuary for Severance Day, but hopefully Hestia will be more on the ball with future holiday preparations now that she has been personally tasked with the upkeep of warband morale.
