The bleed damage from Razor-Jaw Augment is only affected by weapon perks,
while electric damage can be amplified by talent buffs.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
1.Equip the relevant talent.
2.Order an enemy to be pounced.
3.Use Break the Line.
4.Order an enemy to be pounced again.
5.Observe the bleed damage values.
