Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Hi everyone,

I’ve been experiencing this texture glitch quite often lately, which causes some skins to glow a strange red/white or yellow.

All my drivers are up to date, and I don’t have this problem with any other game.

I even sent my graphics card in for repair because I thought it might be faulty, but it’s not.

I’ve also noticed that ground textures often fail to load.

[PC] Do You Use Mods? (Optional):

No, I don’t use mods

Our builds are pretty similar (I spy the just ok microcenter combo deal RAM)

Not sure if this will help but it might be worth a BIOS update and manually setting your GPUs PCIe x16 slot to PCIe 4.0 in BIOS

There’s two version of the B650: B650 and B650E.

The regular B650 only supports a few lanes of PCIe 5.0 for an NVMe drive. B650E added PCIe 5.0 for the x16 slot.

Gigabyte has the auto setting default to 5.0 on the x16 slot despite the chipset not supporting it which may work but can absolutely cause signal integrity issues if the PCB wasn’t designed with it in mind.

You can check what your GPU is using in adrenaline in the System tab by clicking the Hardware Details dropdown under your 9070 XT. Before I changed it it was defaulting to 5.0 x8. Now it’s 4.0 x16 (which is the same speed but hopefully more stable):

The bus type is still listed as 5.0 but what can you do

My BIOS reports the x16 slot as PCIe 5.0 capable but I dug out my mobo box and it’s only officially listed as 4.0 x16. Thanks Gigabyte

Does it happen on arbitrator a lot?

It’s the emissive texture used for the little red chest light leaking over to the rest of the armor. Only happens on AMD GPUs but it’s up to Fatshark to fix. Now’s their chance to fix that too…

This is probably the texture streaming issue that any GPU vendor has if you use high textures. Try medium. Also up to Fatshark to fix.
