Surgical seems to no longer have an effect on Lorenz Kickback

Yesterday (Dec. 4, 2023) I was able to one-shot Muties (without a headshot) with the Lorenz MkV Kickback with a Surgical proc. Today, after the Anniversary Update Pt 2, this is no longer the case at any range (including point blank), and the damage appears similar to without a crit - even though the damage text IS yellow. To my knowledge, nothing about the weapon, the blessing, nor Ogryn were changed in the update, so this seems to be unintended behaviour. My build and the weapon itself is unchanged.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Equip Lorenz MkV Kickback on Ogryn, with the Surgical blessing
Enter Psychanium
Approach Mutie at close range (for repeatability)
Brace Kickback and wait for Surgical stacks to accumulate
Shoot at the Mutie

Noticed something similar, was running EX stance with bolter and surgical IV. I played two games on the new map and my bolter with special active was hardly doing any damage taking more shots that usual to down certain enemies. I also noticed EX stance wasn’t highlighting Ragers. I felt like my chainsword was doing more damage. Tested everything out in the Grinder and was functioning as expected,map issue? I also think the exhilarating takedown bug is back.
