Just a quick reminder that during the month of July, many people in Sweden take time off to enjoy the summer weather and spend time with family. This includes a lot of the team here at Fatshark, too.
That said, while not everyone will be away, the team will be working at a slightly slower pace than we have been during these past few weeks. We expect one Hotfix in July, and then the next scheduled Hotfix is set for August.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us and gave us feedback during the launch of our first DLC for Darktide. We’re looking forward to sharing more news about what else we have planned this year after returning from the summer break!

Given the amount of official response we’ve had on this topic so far, I’m going to go out on a limb and say that we won’t hear anything about Solo Mode until after the heat death of the universe. And even that is probably a little optimistic.
Yeah, probably. But that’s why I’m being persistent. Fatshark needs to say “it’s never coming” or “it’s still on hold but will be coming eventually” or “we’re working on it right now and expect to have it ready by [insert deadline here]”
Pretending it was never promised isn’t a solution any company should resort to, and I’m not going to let them forget it was promised.
