SUGGESTION: Meat Grinder Improvements

1- Pressing “I” or the loadout button, should open it when inside the meat grinder.

2- change difficulty while in the meat grinder.

3- Scenarios: a mode where you go against enemies in certain preset scenarios, such as:

  • a horde composed of weak enemies.
  • a horde with some elites mixed in.
  • going against a squad of shooters hiding behind cover.
  • specials avoidance course (special spawns, attempts to attack you, despawns).
    …and so on.

4- Custom scenarios: being able to access a list of all enemies (maybe even exploding barrels and items) and then spawning them where you are aiming, and the ability to later activate the AI to face against the custom scenario you created, and finally choosing a layout for the map like covers, and deadly pits.

5- Coop: to be honest, i have no idea if this one is already in the game, never tried it, but the ability to bring friends and do custom scenarios with them would be really, really helpful to train.

6- Performance rating: a personal record of how well you perform in scenarios, how fast you killed all the enemies, health damage taken, attacks avoided/blocked, accuracy, and how long you staggered enemies.

I know it’s not easy to implement, but this would make the meat grinder a haven for testing weapons and honing your skills.

I want to be able to practice fighting the monstrosities solo, and I also want to practice defeating a pack of 4-5 ragers solo.

Something else they should add that isn’t mentioned here are the monsters.

Add every possible enemy in game there, add “enable AI” option, add “choose enemy composition” option. Maybe moveable spawn points, you pick them up, drop where you like them, press use button to choose what enemy type, and in which number will spawn in them (or around them, if quantity more than one), then hit button on some terminal in area, and everything is spawned, ready for training.

Ideal solution. Never gonna happen, I think
Maybe they’re add mods, even if mods are exclusively permitted for Psykarium, that will help, cause modders find a way

There was a mod in vermintide that allowed you to spawn enemies where you are currently aiming, you could choose from every enemy in the game, then you can go to the mod options to activate their AI to start the fight, it’s possible, maybe not everything i mentioned in my post is feasible, but spawning enemies should be a piece of cake, I’m even willing to bet they already have that feature somewhere in the game files for testing purposes.

I didn’t mention it specifically but it should be included with “being able to access a list of all enemies”, but yeah, bosses are needed too, to test dps against them.
