Sefoni's guantlet: a tool for old and new players

So I had thoughts in the back of my cranium bouncing around until I came accross a thought to use existing assets to help newer players.

Basicly the idea is in the meat grinder theres a guantlet, basicly terrain spawns in randomly and random mobs and specials shall come out. A little harder while solo but the idea is the random terrain spawn in and stuff it throws at you is to test the players ability to adapt to bad situations.

I don’t know what to do about awards or incentives, but my focus is more a tool that players both old and new can test themselves in some extreme moments alongside testing gear and builds.
More importantly it will give people better experiance in handling specials.

To start he mode, interact with a button prompt, add special conditions like fog or more specials, everything in the meat grinder despawns.

random terrain assets like crates, barriers and walls spawn, alongside spawn doors.

small number of random stray mobs spawn in the area, waves of either gunners and/or pox walkers come in.

Specials will spawn in, disablers, and harrasers. and the rare monster if they allow it.

maybe toss in objectives that require completion, as like means to collect bonuses like items to help them.

I think this would be valuble to new players in learning the brutality of specials, practicing dodges and handling hordes.
older vets would appreciate a place to dust off some downtime rust, practice with weapons and test builds.

I’m sure the comments will have good ideas of what to add to improve it.

just had a thought, could be a small weekly challenge for melk, to reach a certin time, with higher times being more points.

Sounds useful. Half the utility of weapons is their mobility and dodge/counter ability and you can’t test that in the Meat Grinder.
