Subtitles stuck or lagging behind voicelines

Issue Description: In the hub area during cutscenes and entering shops, the voicelines play significantly after the subtitles are shown for the lines, and following voicelines are then played over the top of previous ones.

During missions, an early subtitle becomes stuck on screen, and remains onscreen until the mission is completed.

Steps to Reproduce: Unclear, happens on most missions with NPC voicelines early in the mission.

Any chance you could provide your user configs file, and a console log of the last mission where you had this early subtitle thing happen during a mission, please?

I have this exact issue and haven’t had a fix to it, it happens only in missions for me, and the subtitles come first and the actual voicelines lag behind
