Stutters and FPS drop

When i play one or two games, goes into penances or character customizer. My fps drops from 120 to 30-40, stutters like crazy. I have to reload the game and then its fixed. Any fix for this?

Same problem, if you turn off raytracing, game will run perfectly, i assume the raytracing broken in this game, what gpu you use?
