Stuck on loading screen with message "Reading data from disk"

Stuck on Loading Screen

Issue Description (Required):

After launching the game I can play one mission, after that when i queue for another i usually get this error and I am stuck in an infinite loading state. Only way to fix so far is to quit out and reconnect but then i lose out on the new campaign cutscenes.

Also it has been happening way before the Arbites update, but it didn’t bother me that much then.

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

Hey Zeno, I’ve recently worked with another player who had this exact issue, and they needed to perform a clean re-installation of Darktide on to another drive.

thanks for the reply, I recently re-installed the game (around mortis trials) but on the same drive. I’ll give it a try on another drive as you said.

sorry for the late reply. I reinstalled the game on another drive but it still gets stuck on loading on 2nd or 3rd mission during the same play session.
