Stuck on Loading Screen for Taal's Horn Keep (PS4/PS5)

Just purchased the game and completed the tutorial while the game was in “Ready to Play” mode during the rest of the game download.

Did the tutorial while the rest of the game was downloading. As soon as the tutorial finished, it went immediately back to the title screen. After the download completed, Taal’s Horn Keep is stuck in a forever loading screen.

PSN name is Codewrite.
