So this started yesterday. Basically, steam is giving me a missing file privilege error. It seemed to have started after hotfix 6.3.4 came out. I have tried verifying game integrity, checked task manager for any wonky back ground operations, turned the computer off and on, uninstalled and am trying to reinstall, to no avail. Any ideas on what else I could do to fix this or what the problem might be? Am I just being dumb and missing some obvious fix?
Edit: I forgot to mention that it is specifically Vermintide 2 that is having this problem. All my other games are working just fine.
Edit: Alright, I figured it out. My antivirus was acting up, because of course it was. Least I can play warrior priest now. Sooo, uhhh, yeah, I was right about obvious solution. Don’t be like me kids.
