Can't launch game due to untrusted system file

Steam just installed an update and now I can’t run Vermintide 2. I get an error saying steam must be running and then a second error that says:

Untrusted system file (C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamclient64.dll)

I’ve deleted this DLL and had steam redownload it. I also deleted the EAC Certificates folder and regenerated that following the instructions from the FAQ. Neither of these solutions helped.
