They upgraded the tunnel vision talent with a pretty nice buff :
“weakspot hits restore 10% stamina”
Already tested it in the meatgrinder and the effect is immediately visible with helbore, you can now sustain deadshot stamina drain for a very decent amount of time, not infinitely but definitely until you cleared most of the room.
(Not sure how useful it will be with other weapons that require more then 1 shot to kill an enemy.)
Before this you had to sacrifice 1 talent point to get to dodge stamina restore. And even with the dodge restore there was a limited amount of stamina you could restore before you reached the dodge limit and had to rest. Also you had to rely on ranged enemies being present and them focusing fire on you which lets be honest, isnt very reliable.
Coupled with the increased 10% ammo that gets the 10% crit increase, and a whole 1 talent point (the ES subtalent) you can spend on smth new. I think the precision vet got a pretty decent buff.
(also worth noting that cleaved enemies also count, so if you headshotted 2 enemies with 1 shot you get 20% stamina back)
I am still partially amused and partially confused by the fact that the sharpshooter archetype (“one shot, one kill”) works best with weapons that pump out as much dakka as possible in the shortest possible time.
Hi @Orome, I fancy something different from the shotgun/columnus builds I was using.
Would you mind sharing your full build for me to try out please? Including 2ndry weapon+blessings, if you don’t mind?
In many PvP games [insert clause about being 25 years younger] I played a sniper role and I’d like to try it in DT. Just never found it viable with so many moving parts.
Sure. I was planning on posting my helbore build anyway but was waiting to investigate the new blessings for it (spoiler alert : they’re bleh, especially the brittleness one)
Update: build can now one tap both rager types, both shotgunners, both gunners, and every special besides a Mutant. This is currently without optimal perks or stats, and also no damage blessing (it’s got ghost and speedload currently lmao).
honestly its hardcore infantry auto buff more than anything but it is nice that others can partake. has swapping off executioner stance actually worked for anyone else though? keeps not resetting after swapping back like before. or do we only get 1 swap?
