Specific character unable to do Havoc

My Vet has never been able to do Havoc. I complete misisons but can’t claim the box to enable Havoc? I can do Havoc on my Psyker.

Not sure whats going oon, but obviously this has been months.

No, I don’t use mods

Yeh. That fixed it. I didnt know you could de-select. I only play the hardest difficulties and didnt think of trying as a result. Why was it selected?

Oh well, Love my psyker too much now
